The Steamer/Fryer/Boiler is a multi-functional design that can be used as a steamer, deep fryer, or boiler - the choice is yours. Use the included perforated tray for steaming vegetables or other food, and load up the commercial-sized fryer basket for deep-fried chicken. Our Steamer/Fryer/Boiler is made from 304 stainless steel 18 gauge premium material, ensuring durability and longevity of use. The overall dimension of our fryer is 10-3/8” W x 5”H x 19-1/8” D, providing ample space for deep-frying multiple foods at once.
Our Steamer/Fryer/Boiler works independently or within a group. You can inset one or multiple fryers by itself or within a group side by side for the ultimate deep fryer solution. Our fryer is also fully assembled, which means you can drop it into your grill with no assembly needed. It includes everything you need to get started, including a large reservoir, inset with steaming insert, commercial-sized basket, and stainless-steel cover.
