Getting started
Signing in, your workspace, adding your first site.
- Sign in at hubbase.app/admin.
- Add a site from Sites: build one in the Builder, copy an existing website, or connect a site you already have.
- Invite your team from Workspace → Team.
Websites and the Builder
Editing pages, sections, pictures and publishing.
- Open Sites → your site → Builder to edit pages and sections.
- Pictures have an Effects button for looks, edits and 3D.
- Changes stay in the draft until you press Publish.
Store, products and orders
Products, collections, checkout and orders.
- Products and collections live under Sites → your site → Products.
- Orders show in Orders, with status, refunds and messages.
Payments
Taking payments, the pay page and the virtual terminal.
- Payments are set up in Payments.
- Invoices, subscriptions and the virtual terminal are in the same menu.
Live chat, inbox and email
Answering customers by chat and email from one place.
- Website chats arrive in Live chat; forms and tickets in Inbox.
- Email sending is set up in Email → Sending.
Hubbase AI and agents
Connecting an AI, chats, files, schedules and agents.
- Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Gemini in Hubbase AI → Connect AI.
- The help section there explains API credits and how to keep costs down.
Domains
Pointing your domain at your Hubbase site.
- Domains are managed under Domains and Sites → your site → Domain.
Account and billing
Your profile, password, plan and invoices.
- My account holds your profile and password.
- Workspace → Billing shows your plan and invoices.
