Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Hubbase (“the service”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

Accounts

Hubbase is currently invite-only. You're responsible for your account, the people you invite and the activity of AI agent keys you create. Keep your password and keys safe.

Free trials and subscriptions

Paid plans start with a free trial when offered. A payment card is required to start a trial and is stored by our payment processor, Stripe. You won't be charged during the trial; when it ends, your subscription starts automatically on the plan you chose and renews each billing period until you cancel. Plan changes are prorated. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Your content

You own your sites, products, content and customer data. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the rights to what you publish and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including consumer, privacy and marketing laws.

Acceptable use

Don't use Hubbase to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payments you take

Stores on Hubbase charge through the merchant account you connect. Your agreement with that processor governs those payments.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Hubbase available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Hubbase is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
